Samsung NaviBot – That Cute Thing
Navibot are designed to clean right to the edges of a room and roll over surfaces such as thick rugs and carpets. Navibot also comes equipped with three anti-tangle sensors that automatically unwind any cords and carpet tassels it encounters, meaning it won’t ruin any furnishings. Navibot are two processors, sensors and a camera. It is slow – but very, very cool. And if you are clean-freak, this is definitely not a machine that will do a deep spring clean. It does have five types of cleaning, though: auto, max, manual, spot and edge clean.
Navibot are also spring-loaded, enabling the vacuum cleaner to travel over obstacles up to 15mm in height, perfect for door sills, rugs and wires. It is safe when the Navibot is lifted from the ground, it will automatically switch off all rotating brushes and moving parts. This ensures that inquisitive hands remain safe.

Thanks to the automatic recharge and resume function, no job is too big for the Navibot. Due to its dual processors and multi sensors, the Navibot remembers and detects where its charging base is located. This means that when the robot is running low on battery it will return to its charging dock to re-energize itself for 2 hours. Once charging is complete, the Navibot will go back to its last cleaning location and continue with the job with 90 minutes of charge.
This feature is both convenient and efficient, as the robot does not clean over the area it has already completed, and does not require any user intervention to charge. The Navibot has 99% success in returning to its charging station, compared with a 50% return rate for a leading competitor model.
